Birthday... reealization...

Today is my birthday... today I turned 24... today I realized that I'm really getting older and how time passed by so fast... it seems only yesterday that I woke up on my "papag" on our college apartment.. that I rode my motorcycle with Brian to deliver flowers to our girlfriends, that we hangout at UP Los Baños for no apparent reason but boredom.. and now I'm 24... I guess it's time to start doing all those healthy stuffs.. diet... diet diet... and exercise... I'm getting older and fatter if this goes on I might be dead before I even reach 40... better diet... I need an inspiration, motivation.. consultation...
